OMG THE HUNGER GAMES IS SOON! I'm so excited! So this is what i was thinking when i did this piece.
Since Katniss is the "Girl on Fire", wouldn't this eye be fitting for her. Like this is what i pictured if Cinna made her wear contacts! And she always scowls so the mean look is like her too.
